Phlebotomy Clinical Experience Scheduling- Shift Request Received

Your shift request was received!  You will receive an email with your shift request information (please check your spam/junk folder).   Your shift is pending until you receive an approval confirmation email from our office.

If you have only selected one shift, please use the form below to select your 2nd shift for phlebotomy experience.  If you already have submitted your 2 shift request, you are finished.

You must complete at least 20 venipuncture sticks which usually takes 2 clinical days.  Do not select your date if you have not been cleared for clinicals by Verified Credentials and the Allied Health office.    If you have questions, please email avickers3@hccfl.edu.
