General Description:

In Riding the Waves of Change supervisors and manager will learn how to harness the energy created by the need for change. While people may fear change and resist it, they will gain confidence in your ability to develop change strategies. Participants will practice uncovering people’s natural responses to change, designing change plans, and experiencing their impact through exercises and determine measures of success.
