This court-approved, four-hour class lets you feel good about putting your children first. You'll see how to keep the pain of divorce from them by using these proven strategies taught in class. Topics include effective shared-parenting through creating a parenting plan, shielding children from abusive arguments, child neglect, spouse abuse, and the new language used in divorce law. Instructors are experts facilitators in conflict resolution.
No refunds or transfers will be issued after the course start date. By registering for a class with The Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education, you are agreeing to our registration policies for refunds, substitutions, and stated fees.
Cancellation/Reschedule policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, call the ICCE office immediately at (813) 259-6010. Notify us first by phone and then follow-up your cancellation by written notification using U.S. Mail, fax, e-mail (email@example.com), or hand delivery.
Written notice must be received prior to the start date of any course in order to be eligible for a refund. Participants may substitute another individual at any time, however, CEU credit will not be awarded for substitutions after any program has begun.
Start date for an online or hybrid course is defined as the initial login to the Canvas learning management system (LMS). Initial access to an online course implies acceptance to the refund policy.
Please be advised that refunds may take up to three (3) weeks from the point at which a class is cancelled or a student's written notification of cancellation is received.
We reserve the right to cancel activities that do not meet minimum enrollment levels or for other good cause. Activities cancelled by the College will have refunds processed in-full.
Who Should Attend:
To guarantee your certificate the day you attend class, you must be pre-registered five business days before the class date. Online registrations must be done at least three business days before the class date to ensure you receive a certificate that day.
If you have court-approved indigent status, the course fee is $30. But you will need to register by mail or in person. To register by mail, download the registration form from the top tool bar by clicking the Register Now! button. Then mail it with a copy of your court-approved indigent letter and a $30 check or money order to: ICCE, 39 Columbia Dr., Tampa (Davis Islands), FL 33606.

There will be a $10.00 fee assessed upon reprinting certificates.
