General Description:

This course is designed to give you the hands on experience and skills needed for state certification in just 88 hours through a combination of didactic hours,  hands-on clinical simulation training and CPR training. The text book and uniform are included in the price of the class. This course is approved by the VA.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course you will be able to identify and explain basic anatomy and physiology of the circulatory system, perform skin punctures, various types of venipuncture procedures with confidence using standard precautions, prepare specimens for laboratory use, and learn all aspects of a Phlebotomy Tech's role in the clinical area.
